Guidelines for Submitting Articles, Presentations, and Participation as an Exhibitor

Instructions for Submitting Articles

If you want the communication submitted as a summary to be presented as an article for publication in the Mapping journal, which will be published after the event, you must follow these instructions:

• Select the topic number of the event (1, 2, 3, 4, and 5).
• The presentation proposal must follow the following template: http://revistamapping.com/normas/.
• The submission of articles must be completed by November 30 in Word or odt format via email to geoeuskadi@euskadi.eus, indicating in the subject line: [JIIDE 2024-III geoEuskadi Congress]: First Author's Name - Article Title_ Topic Number.

Instructions for Submitting Workshops and Communications

If the summary of your communication or workshop has been accepted, you must send the presentation in Word or odt format via email to geoeuskadi@euskadi.eus, indicating in the subject line: [JIIDE 2024-III geoEuskadi Congress]: First Author's Name - Title of the Workshop or Communication.

• The presentation of the workshop or communication must follow the following template: Communication_NameSurname_en.pptx.

The certificate will only be issued in the name of the registered person(s) who participate and present their communication or workshop.

Instructions for Exhibitors

Companies or organizations interested in participating in the interaction zone with attendees at the event should write to geoeuskadi@euskadi.eus to learn the details of how to set up a booth.
